Covid19 or whatever

All of us has been going through for a really tough moment, the companies has to take new measures about the procedures to do the daily tasks, everything has changed!

During this quarantine I noticed a few things from my clients that I would like to share with all my followers in order to help them to do easier this moment.

Well, as all of you know I represent in Latin America some factories from China, this was the reason that I got the news about quarantine since January but was until march that Latin America also go into a lockdown, during those almost 2 months I found out some weak points:

Databases.

Is really important have a really well organized database with the contact details of the clients and suppliers — fast communication is the key for fast sales-.

The right message

Our message to the clients have to be — mandatory- clear and short, long communications achieves nothing, the decisions takers doesn’t have time for read imprecise information.

The right channel of communication.

I understand that sometimes send quickly message to customers is easy but, the official channel of communication always will be the corporate email address.

Email marketing campaigns

We can send a few mails one by one but what happens when we need send about hundreds of the; well, there is different tools we can use for send campaigns, and those tools can be used for trade up or just give a big announce.

Always say something.

Lost the communication can be easy, say anything to your customers and don’t let the time just past by is important to have the communication ways open.

I think that a important point of sales is the relationship between the buyer and the factory, and all of us knows, the base of any relationship is the communication.
